With a rapidly growing population in Aotearoa and Pacific diaspora in Australia and the West Coast of the USA, we were challenged to build a new and meaningful relationship with a totally new generation and a geographically fragmented audience.
With two well known stations, copious amounts of social content and the ambition to build a new Pacific podcast platform, PMN needed a new multi channel-platform to shift the business into the future.
The website with Pacific culture at its core, is consciously designed to celebrate Pacific voices, culture, language and creativity. With an entirely new brand redesign and digital design system rollout, PMN was vibrantly brought to life with the colours of its 10 nation flags, woven seamlessly throughout the platform.
User experience within the site was expertly considered across news, articles, podcasts, live radio, film and newsletter subscription. Powered by a bespoke CMS backend, the content and editorial teams had complete control of the platform, with the ability to schedule, manage and approve content with ease.

There were four critical components that underpin our partnership with Daylight. Firstly Daylight has the capability and talent within the organisation to design and build complex digital projects. Secondly, they have a proven track record of operating at the leading edge in audience-centric content platforms. Thirdly, their cultural expertise across all facets sets them apart from others. And, finally our project was delivered on time and on budget with excellent communication throughout every step.
